That's an awesome idea. I've thought about it before as well. My husband went to school for wellness and fitness and is definitely the one who encourages me to be healthy. :) Women, especially, are always looking for ways to eat better and to feed their families better. I think that the best way to do that is to find a plan that you believe in and start there. If it works for you and you feel healthy, others will too. My personal thoughts are to eat "natural" foods and stay away from processed foods, especially high fructose corn syrup, as much as possible. You could even put a "healthy mamas" group together and put blogs up there of things that you have read or believe have worked for you. The world of healthy eating is so vast and everyone has their own ideas. But, as I mentioned before, if it has worked for you and you feel healthier, other women will follow your lead.

So, I'm considering beginning to teach "healthy eating" workshops! Any ideas or thoughts on how to do this?
